In South Australia, awareness of SafeWork SA was low - particularly among blue-collar workers - and sentiment was largely neutral. Among safety professionals, perceptions were more critical, with some viewing the regulator as passive or inactive.
We partnered with SafeWork SA to uncover the barriers driving these perceptions and reposition the organisation as a visible, trusted, and authoritative leader in workplace safety - one that prevents harm before it happens, not just enforces penalties after the fact.
